Not to be confused with ‘Maniac Cop’ (1988), penned by Larry Cohen (who wrote and directed one of my favorite movies of all time ‘The Stuff’) and starring Bruce Campbell, ‘Psycho Cop’ is without a doubt one of the most unintentionally funny films I’ve ever come across. The basic premise of a Satan worshiping cop who stalks and kills a group of young yuppies at a summer home is pretty run of the mill, the acting however is supernatural.
